Is Equity, even real if folks can’t access it? I separated Access from Equity, Diversity and Inclusion. because I believe it deserves it’s own section. Equity is an access issue. Diversity is an access issue. Inclusion is an Access issue. And medical care. And therapy. And buildings. And community events. And so much more.

Equity, Diversity and Inclusion
We say Equity, Diversity and Inclusion as if it is one word, despite the redundancy in the phrase. What I mean is true Diversity and Inclusion work is but is also really just optics if it doesn’t end with Equity. That’s what I’m here for.
