This is for any Black/Brown/Person of Color and/or Queer/Trans/Gender Nonconforming and/or Disabled/Chronically Ill person who wants support navigating the annoying at best, Medical Industrial Complex. From therapy to doctor’s appointments to surgical procedures and beyond. From learning how to advocate for yourself, to having a person there to help you advocate to filing a complaint and beyond. Or if you want someone to listen to your feelings and confirm you are not being dramatic about your experience.
What This Currently Looks Like:
QTPOC conception/birth planning
Pre-doctor’s visit or medical procedure emotional support
Doctor’s Visit Support (Virtual)
Doctor’s Visit Support (In Person within Chicago city limits)
Self Advocacy Support
Peer Support in filing formal complaints or giving feedback
Pricing:
30 Minutes via phone or video: Sliding Scale $15 - $50
1 Hour via phone or video: Sliding Scale $25 - $90
90 Minutes via phone or video: Sliding Scale $45 - $150
In Person Support for: Sliding Scale $45- $90

In Person Support for surgical procedure:
* $100 - $300 depending on complexity of procedure
I want to emphasize that these are my prices because this work is hard but please do not let it deter you from reaching out. If you cannot afford this, please still reach out and I will try my best to figure it out!
