Accessibility Note:
While I believe in charging my worth for this work and the energy it commands, I also recognize that the folks I want to work with may not always be able to afford me. If we connect and you cannot afford me please know that I will try my best to work with you in a way that both honors my labor and that supports you.
Note About My Pay Rate:
I charge more for white people who are cisgender and straight because it is very much so much more work for me. I have been treated like “the help” in a way that has deeply negatively impacted me. White folks historically, do not treat Black folks well when providing care work. Also, as you can see, all identities still have a scale that slides.
